Our Barre Fitness class blend strength training and stretching in a fun, friendly, high energy class that will tighten, sculpt and lengthen your muscles.
Our Barre Fitness class is one hour classes and an all encompassing full body workout that is core focused and will effectively work your booty (seat), thighs, arms, and flatten your abs by using the ballet barre as the main prop to reinforce ideal positioning of the exercises, while performing small, concentrated movements. The classes are a result of fusing the ideas and philosophies of yoga, Pilates, dance and stretching. With commitment to our classes, you will feel and see the results in record time of a stronger, leaner, and more confident you. We believe in our clients, and promote camaraderie and personal guidance in every class, giving you the personal training feel in the comforts of a small group setting.
